ETR enthusiastically welcomes this federal support for efforts to reduce unplanned teen pregnancy. We are also actively seeking partnerships with OAH grantees. We offer a number of funder-approved evidence-based programs, a wide range of training and technical assistance opportunities and an extensive selection of evaluation services.

A great place to start planning your successful proposal is with our Program Success Framework. This simple 5-stage model outlines the essential elements of creating effective, sustainable programs that enable young people to thrive.
ETR is a leading publisher of Evidence-Based Programs (EBPs). We offer 7 pregnancy and STI/HIV prevention programs that are applicable to OAH Tier I/II grantees and others interested in using EBPs in their community. Our new Evidence-Based Program Selection Tool can help you review the features of each program and choose the best fit for your circumstances.
ETR is also a nationally known provider of research-based training and technical assistance. We offer state-of-the-art skill-building trainings, information sessions, technical assistance (TA) and consultation that support teen pregnancy prevention programs.
The website’s Program Success Planning Tool is an interactive tool that helps you identify the training and technical assistance support needs you can anticipate at each stage of program implementation.
The handy Budget Calculator even helps you figure out what your training and TA support costs will be over the 5-year grant period.
ETR has a long history of conducting rigorous evaluations in the field of health promotion, with a special emphasis on sexual and reproductive health. Our highly-respected research team provides evaluation support for program implementation, including OAH grants, using well-established tools for measuring fidelity and outcomes.
