This Terms of Service constitutes a binding agreement for recipients of ETR’s Title IX Consultation Services (“consultation services”). These services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in ETR’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and herein.
