ETR’s K12T9 Initiative provides the following products to K12 districts and schools to help them achieve and/or maintain compliance with Title IX, the federal law that prohibits discrimination based on sex in educational programs that received federal funding. All of ETR’s Title IX products reflect the 2020 Title IX Regulations.
