Biography
Kortni Bennett (she/her) is the Project Coordinator for the California Clean Air Project (CCAP) at ETR. Prior to ETR, she graduated from the University of California, Merced in May of 2020 with a BA in Psychology as a first-generation college graduate. Upon graduation, she worked for the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians as a Youth and Family Support Coordinator where she collected data to bridge the gap between mental health care services and tribal patients. Growing up on the Quartz Valley Indian Reservation, as an enrolled member, Kortni would consider herself fortunate to have had the opportunity to be raised in traditional values around culture, language, and ceremony. She is passionate about working with vulnerable populations to bring awareness and social justice.
