Biography
Kelly Jenkins is the Customer Experience Manager at ETR. She oversees customer engagement with HealthSmart and a variety of products to help address inquiries, develop partnerships, and build collaboration among ETR teams, customers, and services. A passionate educator, leader, and creative connector, Kelly has over 10 years of experience managing learning programs for people of all ages. She has worked with school districts across the country on a variety of projects, from arts-based instruction to virtual learning environments, where she used the intersection of education, creativity, and technology to inspire learning goals and help bring people together.
