Biography
Darha Ponder (she/her/hers) is a Research Assistant III at ETR. Prior to ETR, she worked as a graduate research analyst in a clinical psychology lab, using quantitative research methodologies to assess the mechanisms by which early adversity predicts later depressive and anxiety disorders. She also contributed to data analysis and dissemination on projects related to differential chronic stress exposure in college students across race and generational status. Darha graduated with a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina State University. Darha currently contributes to data management, survey drafting, data analysis, and data reporting for the COMPASS Initiative, California’s Clean Air Project (CCAP), and other projects at ETR.
