Biography
Courtney Gladden (she/her/they) completed an M.A. in Communication in 2022, and her prior education includes a B.S. in Psychology. Courtney has worked in the transportation industry most recently prior to ETR and was facilitating MARCOM efforts in that role for the last seven years. In her current role, she will aim to attract desirable leads as the Inbound Marketing Specialist.
