Biography
Amore Rodriguez, MSW, MPA, (she/her/ella) is the Culture Manager at ETR, where her focus is on operationalizing a people-centered approach that promotes health equity across all facets of the work place. Amore joins ETR with 7+ years of experience in management to the nonprofit sector focused on education equity, operational management, and justice work. She is passionate about bridging the divides that have limited so many from opportunities for success in the workplace and in our society. This passion drives her activism to push equity and liberation forward. Amore has a Master's in Social Work, a Master's in Public administration, and has co-founded two grassroots organization focused on Latinx empowerment and community building.
