Description
Healthy Environments and Response to Trauma in Schools (HEARTS) is a whole-school prevention and intervention approach that utilizes a Multi-Tiered System of Supports framework that promotes resilience and prevents, identifies, and addresses trauma at the student, staff, and school organizational levels. HEARTS-Extended (HEARTS-E) is an adaptation of HEARTS that builds the capacity of key San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) Student, Family, and Community Support Services Department personnel to implement HEARTS district-wide and at select school sites. ETR is the contracted evaluator for this five-year project.
